The hotel's location near Brussels was convenient for travelers, but the noise from passing trains made it difficult to sleep. The rooms, despite being new, felt more lived-in than expected, with a wooden floor and a large window overlooking male travelers urinating on the grass. The staff were friendly and helpful, assuring me of the 24/7 front desk availability and even recommending Burger King for evening meals. The dining options were cold and limited, with excessive prices for the buffet. The hotel's proximity to the highway made it convenient for those with a car, though not easily accessible without one.

The hotel rooms were larger and better than many IBIS options, with plenty of parking and friendly staff. However, the coldness was a bit of an issue. The location gives good access to the motorway, perfect for reaching the airport, but it's far from the city with limited sightseeing options nearby. The dining was decent, though the €15 voucher may not be worth it. The hotel is just off the motorway, making it quiet with good staff present. Facilities were satisfactory.
